How does Pinless Calling Card work?

Simply sign up, login in to your account, click on ADD CALLER ID, add your telephone numbers (cell phones, landlines) to caller ID list. When you call the access number from your registered phone, system will recognize your phone number and directly prompt you to dial your destination number.

Are there any hidden fees or surcharges?

No, there are absolutely no hidden fees or surcharges. The only surcharge you will ever be charged is if you use a payphone to dial the tollfree access number. Like all providers, we are charged an additional fee for calls made from payphones to tollfree numbers. If you dial a local access number instead of toll free then there is no extra charge.

You may add up to 5 phone numbers. Log into your account. Click on Add Caller ID and follow the instructions.

Can I register my phone with two accounts?

No. We authenticate the users based on Caller Id. So one phone number can only be registered to one account. We however have setup a toll free number 1877 68 BINGO(24646), just for our customers to call that will not authenticate based on their Caller ID. Customers can use their other card number and complete the call.

No. Your account never expires.

Can I call from an unregistered phone?

Yes, you may use your account as a calling card as well. When you dial the access number from an unregistered phone, you will be prompted for a calling card number. Simply enter the number provided to you when you sign up. The calling card number is also shown under your account login page. The calling card number provided to you always remains same.

How do I place a call through registered Phone number?

a. Dial the Toll-free or local access number
b. When prompted, enter the destination number, starting with country code + the city code + the destination number. (For example, to call the number 32345678 in Mumbai, you would dial "91 22 32345678"). You do not have to dial '011' (the international access code). If you are used to dialing the international access code 011, our system will still complete your calls.

How do I dial the number I want to reach?

After you dial the toll free or local access number you will be prompted to enter the number you would like to reach, starting with country code. When you are trying to reach a number in India from the United States, there are three components to the number you must dial: country code, STD code, and phone number. The country code for India is 91. The STD code depends on the city or town you are calling. For example, the STD code for Mumbai is 22, New Delhi is 11, and Chennai is 44. Finally, you must enter the phone number of the individual you are trying to reach. For example, to reach a Mumbai number such as 32123456 you would dial '91-22-32123456'. Dial our access number - 1-866-71 BINGO (1-866-712-4646). After authentication you will be prompted to enter the number you would like to reach. For your convenience, we have provisioned it such that, you can directly start with the country code '91' and do not have to dial '011' (the international access code). If you are used to dialing the international access code 011, our system will still complete your calls.

If I loose time on my account due to bad connection, can I report it and will I be reimbursed?

Yes. You will be reimbursed if this ever happens. As a service to our customers we have configured our system to not charge for any calls that get disconnected within first ten (10) seconds of your call for bad connection. We recommend that you immediately disconnect your call and try again to avoid any unnecessary charges

What is Local Access Number?

Local Access Numbers are telephone numbers in your local telephone area that you can dial as a local call instead of toll free. Using the local access numbers would save you 1.5 cents per minute. If you have unlimited long distance calling with your local telephone company or use your cell phone to call, you can save by dialing this local number instead of the toll free access number. We have several access numbers across the United States.

What is Speed Dialing, and how do I set Speed Dialing?

Speed Dialing gives you the convenience of dialing a 1-digit number instead of the complete number including country code to connect to the person you are calling. 1 digit dialing is more commonly known as speed dialing. You can register upto 10 phone numbers for 1-Digit Dialing. To set up speed dial click on My Account from the home page. Log into your account. Click on Speed Dial and follow the instructions.
To use speed dial:
1. Dial your toll free or Local access number.
2. When prompted to "enter the number you wish to reach", simply dial your 1 digit code followed by the # key.

The number I am trying to reach is busy, can I make another call?

Yes. We provide you follow on calling facility in which if the destination number dialed by you is busy, un-reachable or engaged our telephone system will prompt you to try another destination number. You can also force the system to prompt you for dialing another number by pressing *. Follow - on calling facility is available only five times i.e. you will be prompted to dial another number if you are not able to reach a particular destination number only five times.

Can I make more than one call at a time?

We are providing this feature for our postpaid customers or the customers who have auto refill enabled on their account. We do not offer this feature to our prepaid customers. There is no additional charge for this feature.

Yes, each call that you make will be charged for the duration of the call. There are no additional or hidden charges for this service. The charges are no different for simultaneous calls as they are for the same number of calls at different times.

Yes, you will be using your wireless airtime when you use your account. You can call during your free nights and weekends to save your airtime. There is no additional fee from us to use our service from your cell phone. You will get the same low international per minute rate from any phone.

How do I recharge?

There are two ways to recharge your account balance.
1) Manual Recharge. Log into your account through the website and click on ADD BALANCE link on the left hand side of the page. Select the amount you want to recharge from the drop down link and make a payment using your credit card. Your account will be charged and the balance on your account upadated immediately.

2) Automatic account recharge. For the benefit of our customers, we have created a auto refill option to recharge the account balance automatically when the balance drops below a user selected amount. To activate this option log on to the website and click on add balance link and make one sucessful transaction through the web. To make use of this option you will need to store your credit card information on file.

After every completed call our system will check your account balance. If the balance is below the minimum balance, the account would get recharged automatically. There would not be any need to go on the web to recharge the account.

If due to some reason your credit card gets rejected then the auto refill function would be disabled. The user would need to log on to the website and re-enable this feature by competing a sucessful transaction through the website.

What is Autorefill and how does it work?

In addition to your card number and toll free numbers being displayed upon your purchase, you are sent an email with your information. You can access the card number and access numbers by logging into our website at www.bingotelecom.com or you may contact our customer service department to assist you.

Responsibility for Usage and Fraud

Customer shall be solely and exclusively responsible for the use and control of access to its PIN and for all usage attributable to its PIN, including unauthorized or fraudulent usage. Customer shall not be entitled to a refund or compensation of any kind on the claim that its PIN was subject to unauthorized or fraudulent usage
